Iron Pillar is a UX/UI design project for a mobile fitness application that transforms workout tracking into an engaging, game-like experience. The app bridges the gap between beginner fitness enthusiasts and sustainable workout habits by combining personalized guidance with motivational gamification mechanics inspired by successful platforms like Duolingo.

Problem Statement
The fitness app market suffers from high abandonment rates, with users typically falling into three categories experiencing distinct pain points:
